The challenge

CKF relied on spreadsheets, internal mail and other manual methods to manage critical processes including product change requests, expense claims and major expenditure approvals. With requests moving between four plant locations, bottlenecks, lengthy delays and lost information made processes difficult to manage.

The solution

Intellera worked with CKF to analyze and redesign these processes before introducing automation. Together, the teams identified opportunities for improvement, prioritized which processes to automate and developed a realistic implementation plan. Intellera then supported the project from requirements and electronic forms through implementation, training and ongoing support.
