The challenge

McGill University’s Advancement Office relied on complex, paper- and email-based processes involving multiple departments, approvals and signatures. These processes were time-consuming, difficult to track and created bottlenecks that could delay requests for days or even weeks.

The solution

Intellera worked closely with McGill to understand and redesign these processes, then implemented automated workflows using WorkflowGen integrated directly with McGill’s CRM. The solution eliminated duplicate data entry, provided visibility into every stage of the approval process and gave staff a simple, user-friendly way to manage their work.
